"The property was stunningly beautiful, it was only outdone by its customer service. From the moment we arrived, we were met by Mr. Bryan Smith, who was everything one could hope for in a first contact. Our original room, which was a mini suite was dirty for some reason. To make things right, Mr. Smith upgraded us to a full suite. The view was breath taking, as was the room. The only complaint we had was that the previous occupants left a piece of clothing in the room. Considering our first room...

"Great stay here, big selection on free breakfast with an in-house customized omelet bar! The rooms were clean and ready for us, staff was accommodating to our needs and helped us out right away if we had something that needed to be checked on or restocked. My family talked about how well priced this hotel was, we have stayed at more expensive hotels that didn't have 1/2 of what this one did! "

"When booking we made a mistake and were unable to change the dates with the 3rd paet booking system. We ended up adding our additional day on a second booking. The hotel staff were incredibly kind and understanding durinf check in and were able to help us smoothly transition our extension. We did have to go back to the front desk and do the check in process twice but we didnt have to vacate our room or anything like that. We will absolutely stay at this hotel again in the future"
