"We had a great stay and found the facility was very comfortable. I would happily stay again but would make a couple of observations. It would have been great if the property had been warmer when we arrived. It did warm up but it would have been nice to not have to find the heating as the very first thing on entry. For a property that caters for so many people, there was a shortage of saucepans. However, overall, we were very happy."

"The property had some major drawbacks that impacted our stay. The lack of parking permits meant we couldn’t park nearby between 12 pm and 12 am, which was highly inconvenient. The steep stairs to the bedrooms were challenging, especially with luggage. "The first thing that struck us when we arrived was how clean and beautiful the place was. Julie, Louise and Clare were very welcoming, and a great source of local knowledge if like us you aren't from the area. The location is great but you really need a car to take advantage of the area, its about 30mins from the nearest beach, and we drove for 10 min to do a bit of rambling at the Wolds top, and viking way. "Nice and spacious, however -; There’s a ‘hole’ at the top of the stairs under the carpet that we all nearly tripped down … including our 3 year old. The property is very roughly finished - there’s a tile in the kitchen that’s loose and proud - which we almost cut our feet on. Not enough cutlery/ crockery to cover the amount of guests that can stay there .
