"We had a great stay and found the facility was very comfortable. I would happily stay again but would make a couple of observations. It would have been great if the property had been warmer when we arrived. It did warm up but it would have been nice to not have to find the heating as the very first thing on entry. For a property that caters for so many people, there was a shortage of saucepans. However, overall, we were very happy."

"The property had some major drawbacks that impacted our stay. The lack of parking permits meant we couldn’t park nearby between 12 pm and 12 am, which was highly inconvenient. The steep stairs to the bedrooms were challenging, especially with luggage. The smoke alarm battery kept bleeping and couldn’t be fixed immediately, though the property manager was helpful and resolved it on the second day by removing it. Unfortunately, the overall experience didn’t justify the price, as the property felt...

"This is a private letting with the young owner resident. It was difficult to find: sandwiched between the park and the avenue but the owner had rectified that. Very "Peaceful " as the name suggests. Plenty of buses and within walking distane of the centre of Hull."
