"Greeted by friendly owner when we arrived who gave us the key to our room. My kids and I stayed here during a trip to Wellsville in the summer. We wanted air conditioning for a night and a tv to watch with children’s shows. We found Simpsons on FX and PBS Kids before bedtime were great! "Very accurate to listing. Property was perfect for my birthday weekend with my boyfriend and dogs. Beautiful views even in snowy weather. Lisa is AMAZING!!!
