"If you want a get away from the city this is the place. You have a beautiful pond, beautiful view and farm life all in one. The house is small and cozy. Only down fall is the smell of the water in the house. Very high sulfur smell made it unbearable to use, but owner states it is clean and filter will be added soon.We did have some troubles with locking the front door, and ofc there are a ton of bugs. But the bugs are a given with nature and wild life. Bring your own wood and fishing poles and...

"Beautiful property nestled near the hills and mountains of Wellsville. Well cared for and convenient for all the Founder's Day activities we participated in. We enjoyed the pickleball court, trampoline, playground, and yard. We enjoyed our time there. Some of my grandchildren really enjoyed the black and white cats hanging about the property."

"We rented this property for a week for a family reunion with five total families including children. Property was well maintained with great amenities and space. Location was excellent with a good size yard that kids could play in. Garage had several arcade style games that the kids love to play. They also have a ping pong table in the garage as well as a cement sports court with basketball and pickleball. "We were in town for a baseball tournament and ended up needing to spend the night last minute. Great value for the room! We didn’t use any amenities but the pool looked fun, and the breakfast looked decent. We slept in and didn’t make it in time before they closed; so we just went to the local ihop"
