"Facility is an older facility but very well kept up and very very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was so so. But you have to remember it’s a small old-fashioned hotel. The pool was closed because it was still cold out and is outside pool. We were told the hot tub was open, but when we went over to it, it was dirty. I think it was not ready to be opened yet."

"Our room faced the parking lot which was well lit. Unfortunately the room only has one thin layer of drapes so was very bright in the room ( I could have read my book). Other then that we would stay here again, just a different room"

"I took a chance on the Western Inn as the brand name hotel next door where I’ve stayed before was $80 more for the night. The Western is basic and economical, but clean, quiet, and comfortable. Staff on check-in and out were friendly and efficient. Our room with one queen bed was small, clean, and had everything we needed including a microwave and larger than usual refrigerator with a freezer section big enough for ice packs. The heater warmed the room quickly. The room was quiet with no noise coming from outside or inside all night long. The bathroom was teeny tiny but clean. My husband told me the tub was a little slippery so I put a hand towel in the tub to stand on while I showered and had no problems. The shower stream and temperature adjustment were better than most hotels. I was happy there was a solid hand rail to grasp for safety in and out of the shower. The mattress was slightly firm and comfortable. The sheets had a nice, thick feel as did the other bed linens. The pillows were plump just like I want them. I didn’t expect much for breakfast at this price point so was pleasantly surprised at the choices. Scrambled eggs were hot and ready. We made ourselves waffles topped with butter and syrup. Other breakfast choices were toast, three dry cereals, a selection of instant oatmeal, yogurt, and fresh fruit including oranges, apples, and bananas. Beverage choices were caffeinated coffee, basic teabags plus six flavors of Stash tea, hot chocolate, orange and apple j"

"Jackie was amazing and super accommodating; we booked a room based off the picture thinking there would be a tub for the kids but we ended up with a shower only. When I voiced this to Jackie she did what should could and got us in another room with a tub and was extremely nice and understanding about it. I will definitely continue to book our stays at this hotel for her actions alone. "

"Great property, always had been a tradition for us to stay here when we come up. Will probably continue to be one as well. Great sized rooms, good breakfast selection, pool was decently warm this time. Just a good stay!"

"Staff was pleasant. Motel was clean and comfortable. It was a little ways off the highway, but it was getting late and Pocatello was over an hour away, so we were very happy to find a reasonably priced motel. We had a good nights sleep here - no complaints."
