Easy, convenient location. All the associates were very kind, especially the breakfast attendant. Not the cleanest rooms, there were dead bugs in the light fixtures. Not enough lighting in the bathroom, only 1 light and couldn’t see in the shower. Bed was a hotel bed, flat pillows and uncomfortable as expected.

This hotel will do the job if you need a place to rest your head. It could use some updating. And fix the light switch when you enter the room. I should have aimed for a 3 star hotel. I suppose I got what I paid for.

Overall this an average hotel. You get what you pay for here. It would be perfectly adequate if not for the cigarette smoke smell! I don’t know how I haven’t seen this in other reviews but omg it’s overwhelming. The front desk didn’t seem phased when we told him about it. It’s like they’ve used multiple strong air fresheners to try to mask it but it’s not working. If it wasn’t for the fact that we were travelling with two babies who were melting down from a day of travel, I might have looked for another hotel. We’d ask for another room but the smell is everywhere and we don’t think it would help. The pool was very warm and great. The pool room itself is cool. And beware - the pool is in a separate building so you have to walk a few feet outside between doors. Nothing crazy though and bit of cold air is good for us. The smoke smell though - I can’t reconcile that.

The hotel was clean and in a convenient location. The continental breakfast was pretty good and the staff was excellent. Our only issue was the pool. A big reason we chose this hotel was so the kids could play in the pool. It was advertised as having a pool. When we got there…it was in a separate building that was not heated and the water was like ice water. It was totally not usable at all. For November…that is just really disappointing.
