"Excellent short stay in this modern aparthotel. It’s only opened 8 months so it’s clean modern and extremely comfortable. Two minute walk from Liverpool st station so well served to use the tube to see London. Irish owned so nice to see the Irish touches and products in the rooms. "

My complaint was that we were overcharged for a menu item and after three discussions with two different staff members it was not rectified.
