"This was the worst booking I ever had.. first of all, when we reached, the keypad was not working, then got hold of host and after attempting two different codes, it worked.. when we went in, the whole house was mess with pan masala, alcohol including toilet, all bedrooms, kitchen and fridge. We called the host, he said there is no cleaners available and said he can deduct cleaning fee. We told him there is no way my family can stay at the house with pan masala was spot on the sheet. I asked for...

"Overall, the location is almost perfect as it allows you to be just outside of the hustle and bustle of Niagara. The house offers an overall good experience and can easily accommodate 8-10 people. About a mile and a half walk to upper Clifton Hills. Internet WiFi and TV services are available and easily accessed. There are several things that need to be addressed: There is ONLY one entrance/exit to the rental. The back door is locked as it butts into the rear rental and could be a significant...

"We rented for a small wedding - 25 total The house is huge & all the wedding party was able to stay togather. It was the perfect size & layout. The area is quiet as the house is rather tucked into the peach orchard. The peach orchard, gardens & yard were amazing in July as the background for our daughter's wedding! The owner was quick to respond to all our questions before & during our stay. Well done Orchard Villa!"

"Great stay at this property with my daughters and their families. The cottage was very clean and only a block away from the lake. Little extras were appreciated at this property, including a welcome tray of goodies with a bottle of wine. We enjoyed the pool and nearby park. Niagara on the Lakes restaurants are all close by. "This was an ideal location for our activities. Across the street from Fallsview Casino, easy walk to the Falls, walking distance to Clifton Hills. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. A couple of items to improve on would be cleanliness of curtains - the rest of the room was clean; remote for the tv was a bit finicky, perhaps batteries needed to be replaced."

Great view and spacious comfortable stay.

"What a lovely hotel. We were lucky enough to get upgraded to a Juliet balcony Fallsview room on the 17th fall. The view off the falls was amazing. We stayed the week before Christmas and everything was very festive. Lovely clean hotel. Looks recently renovated. Room was very big and warm with sofa and fireplace. Comfy bed and pillows. The hotel has a Starbucks, hard rock and handy gift shop. Really close to everything. And right next to Clifton hill. We used the undercover car park which was really handy and reasonable in price."
