"We checked in on Friday the 14th at 3 PM and upon arrival, the lady at the front desk was not particularly welcoming. The atmosphere felt somewhat cold and unwelcoming. However, the room was very comfortable, very clean, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. When checking out, we encountered a different girl at the front desk, who was very friendly. We didn’t get to stay and eat the continental breakfast so I have no comment on that. "
