"Stayed in a superior king size room at the Future hotel in Bristol for 2 nights. The room was spacious and clean but tired looking. The en-suite was spacious and clean with separate toilet room. The bed was large and comfortable. All the staff were extremely kind and lovely, they were very polite and helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. The meals were excellent, with the buffet style breakfast being exceptionally good. Plenty of choice of everything. A comfortable bar area with staff who would make any drink you wanted. Excellent. Overall, this is a very nice hotel, and is situated straight across from the shopping centres. The free parking in the multi storey car park next door was also excellent, with your ticket being validated on departure. Nothing to pay!! Wonderful. "

"Overnight stop. We checked in late at about midnight and the receptionist was very helpful. All the staff were friendly and attentive during our stay. The only minor criticism is that the bed could have been a little better but all the bed linen was lovely "
