I didn't care for having to give up so much more personal information simply to access the wifi I paid for in the room rental; I didn't access the wifi I paid for because of that reason. "My stay was from a unfortunate home issue. The Whole Staff was so understanding & accommodating. The young man at my arrival, because a home plumbing issue was so understanding & concern with my comfort. The clerk Angela & young lady that was at front desk 2/1/2/25 was special in making sure my son & I were ok, in our rechecks. Housekeepers were spot on. Thank you, Best Western Team for making Our Household Dilemma being soothed. Kudos, Best Western Webster,Texas Staff!"

"Very clean and excellent room"

"The check in was okay, but the staff member did not greet us upon arrival. She seemed rather bothered we disturbed her and made her work. Later, I asked if there were towels for the pool and she just said,"ya, by the pool" like she didn't want to be bothered. Other than that, breakfast was great and the staff there. The faciltiy was nice and we may be back again. Jacuzzi does need maintenance as the buttons did not work to make the jets blast."
