"Nice, clean property! If you want proximity to downtown, be mindful that this is a little way (15ish min via highway) out of the way. "

"Our family of 7 women stayed for the weekend and had a wonderful relaxing time together. Plenty of bedrooms and spaces to hang out. Everyone loved the long kitchen table where we enjoyed our meals and played games. We also appreciated having multiple bathrooms and were thrilled to discover that everyone’s beds were extremely comfortable!!!A great place to stay if you want to be close to Asheville conveniences but also feel like you are on a mountain trip! "

"Four of us booked our trip last May with Christmas at the Biltmore the main attraction! The VRBO was a perfect home base and provided each of us with our own private BR and bath! The place was lovely, well stocked and clean. Communication with management was great. Very easy check in and out. My only recommendations would be either dimmers on the overhead lights or small 3 way table lamps plus a few inexpensive end tables. But even without these things, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here...

"The house was awesome. There was a lot of space. The game room was huge with a lot of different games and TV room. Really nice are to hang out. We were all surprised with how well thought out all the extras were. Again everything wet need and more. I stay on a lot of vacation rentals and this has more to offer than just about any other. We also got to see bears in the area So that was another nice surprise"

"We had a wonderful vacation at Mountain Air. The view from the balcony was breathtaking! The condo had everything we needed. We loved swimming in the pool. It is a great location, with lots of hiking and activities near by. We highly recommend staying at this property."

"1. There was plenty of space for four families, including kids of all ages. 2. The house felt safe and comfortable, even for the little ones. We especially appreciated the door to the ladder to the first floor. 3. It was very clean, and all the essentials like coffee and barbecue supplies were provided. 4. The host went above and beyond by making sure we had a full propane tank and even a spare one. 5. The scenery was beautiful, and the night sky was stunning! Thank you for an amazing stay!"
