"Just had the best weekend at this place!! And definately will be back in the summer to rent the pontoon and stay again. Lake is fairly clear. The following were some of the complaints in the reviews. Read the details in the book before attempting to turn both fireplaces on. I didn’t need to call the owners. The dog and cat next door were friendly. The dog would only bark a few times then stopped. The hot tub was amazing, again follow the simple directions. Yes, there is well water so...

"Property was clean and comfortable. Outdoor pool and foosball table was a hit with everyone. Rooms were nicely set up and felt very homey. Upstairs was warm (I don’t think there was any air conditioning) but it worked out for us because we only used it for sleeping. Fans available in the rooms and open windows during the night cool it to a comfy temperature. We were happy with our stay!"

"The house and property are beautiful and only 15 minutes from downtown Grand Rapids. Carolynn was nice to leave the pool open late September with the weather being so hot! We had a wonderful time!"

"My friends and I stayed here for a pre-holiday weekend trip. The house and surrounding property were peaceful and the views were stunning. The hot tub and pool table were very nice amenities. First-rate accomodations. Highly recommended! "

"We had an amazing stay at this property and the booking next door. Everything was seamless, from the booking to communicating with the host to the check-in and out. We got to use the kayaks and paddle boards, so fun! We even extended the stay last-minute without any delays from the host. Thanks for making the trip a wonderful experience. "Not so easy finding a house that can comfortably accommodate 37 people with ages ranging from 8 months to 68 years but this one sure did. Very spacious with so many bedrooms and beds. Obviously the pool and hot tub were the high points but there were plenty of other things to do. Christie the manager was always on the ball to answer any questions that popped up. She was very accommodating as was Adam, the owner. We all had the greatest time."
