" We came up from Kansas City and stayed Sunday to Saturday. Everything we needed for our vacation! The bed was comfortable, the AC and heat worked great. When we wanted to watch the Royals post season game, we grabbed our laptop and watched out at the campfire. Wifi Signal was great. Did some fishing. The lake was nice and calm. "We had a gathering of our family here. We were all raised and attended school in Waupaca. This was THE spot for us to be and it just went so well for us. We liked having the lake and kayaks to use and the yard in back with the picnic tables…..just so nice here and the location was so pretty. Very happy with our stay! Thank you! "

"Really enjoyed our time here. Located in a quiet neighborhood, and manages to feel secluded, but is only 5-10 minutes away from anything you might need. Bedrooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were also clean and presentable. One thing to note is that if you need to make use of the bedroom in the basement, there are no bathrooms down there. "Rhonda greeted us at the property and she was very kind and friendly. The place is rustic and beautiful! I loved the modern kitchen with all the dishes you need to cook or grill. They even had shampoo/body soap for showering and I love the touch of having makeup wash clothes. We enjoyed camp fires, the lake and the quaint town of Fremont. The place was SO peaceful ! "

"House was lovey and lots of nice amenities . Kids loved trampoline, play area and air hockey table. River tubing about 20 minutes away, great time for all ages. Close to walking/biking trails. UTVs not allowed on trails but can use local roads."

"We had a wonderful stay! Cabin is really nice. Very clean, well furnished and super cute. Location is great - just steps away from restaurants and the boat launch. The large pier made it so easy to dock our boat for the weekend. Fred was very quick to respond to questions and so accommodating. We look forward to our next visit!"

"Needed a place where I could unplug and enjoy nature with my dog and the cabin totally had that!!! The cabin was clean and had everything one needed for relaxing. Lots of deer in the apple orchard. Welcome basket with wine and other goodies was a really nice touch and the wood burning stove was already started for me! I will be back"
