"Very well kept. The hospitality was felt. It is winter so less to do than summer but still a lot to do in the area. Point of the trip was to break the cabin fever. We enjoyed using the hot tub in the cold weather. "

"Great stay for annual ice fishing trip. Had some water issues with the cold and heat turned off when we arrived, however the owner was very responsive and had everything fixed quickly and made it right. Great stay, trip and property. "

" We came up from Kansas City and stayed Sunday to Saturday. Everything we needed for our vacation! The bed was comfortable, the AC and heat worked great. When we wanted to watch the Royals post season game, we grabbed our laptop and watched out at the campfire. Wifi Signal was great. Did some fishing. The lake was nice and calm. "This is our second year staying at this cabin, and we hope to come back for a third! Love that there’s enough space for our group to gather, but enough separate room when we want to spread out. The beds and pillows are comfy, and the deck views can’t be bear. Thanks for a great stay!"

"We had a wonderful visit as a family. We had the best of both worlds, being secluded in a private wooded area but conveniently close to tourist attractions and restaurants. Our host was phenomenal and unexpected upgraded us to a newer property due to miscommunication on his end with cleaning the cabin we were originally supposed to stay in. Would absolutely stay in this area again! "

"Corie and Ryan’s cabin is exactly as advertised. Nicely done, cute and comfortable. She was very accommodating when we asked to extend our stay. Pleasant Lake is beautiful and quaint. The cabin is a short walk from the boat launch or beach. We look forward to going back!"

"Cozy stay in the woods, with private access to the little lake. Fire place, hot tub, brought our dog with. Our family had a great time!Overall great stay. Close to anything you might need.However, there was no disclaimer at the time of our booking, that the living quarters and what not are all 2nd story, and require a lot of steps up and down. It was just fine for our family, but may be difficult for older folks. "

"Rhonda greeted us at the property and she was very kind and friendly. The place is rustic and beautiful! I loved the modern kitchen with all the dishes you need to cook or grill. They even had shampoo/body soap for showering and I love the touch of having makeup wash clothes. We enjoyed camp fires, the lake and the quaint town of Fremont. The place was SO peaceful ! "

"We had a wonderful stay! Cabin is really nice. Very clean, well furnished and super cute. Location is great - just steps away from restaurants and the boat launch. The large pier made it so easy to dock our boat for the weekend. Fred was very quick to respond to questions and so accommodating. We look forward to our next visit!"

"This cabin truly is a hidden gem! Our family getaway was very relaxing, and there were lots of fun amenities for all age groups. We lost track of how many fish we caught just off the pier alone. Our host, Nicole, was very kind; communication with her was excellent, and we look forward to booking this trip again next year!"

"House was lovey and lots of nice amenities . Kids loved trampoline, play area and air hockey table. River tubing about 20 minutes away, great time for all ages. Close to walking/biking trails. UTVs not allowed on trails but can use local roads."
