This cabin is indeed cute, definitely tucked into the forest, and couldn't be any more convenient for the wedding venue unless it was literally on site. "5 minutes from the beach, we find ourselves in the forest. The skylights allowed us to look straight up into the trees and catch the Full Moon cross the sky. In the morning we walked down to the creek and spent a couple hours admiring the trees, birds and the feeling of being in the forest. The beach was 5 minutes away, downtown Soquel and Capitola were 5 minutes away. Hiking trails were a short drive away. The cabin is cozy and the host was very nice, we plan on staying here again. "

"Very pretty location with lovely picture window overlooking the creek and redwoods. Comfortable bed. Quiet neighborhood. Well stocked kitchen except a wine opener is needed. Not their fault that Oct 2 was a 104 degrees but a workable A/C would have made it better. It did cool down at night so would still recommend this home. "

"Overall, the little cabin at Masood’s Lodge was quaint and fairly well kept. Lots of areas set up to enjoy outside location. However, the linens or mattress in the bedroom smelled absolutely terrible (not sure if mattess had been vomited on at some point—there was no mattress pad on the bed to protect it) and did not want to use it. That is what ruined the stay for me. Everything else was fine."
