"This is the perfect location! Halfway between Santa Cruz and Monterey. We loved the 1 minute walk to the beach. We saw the most beautiful sunsets. Our boys loved running barefoot on the beach and the free access to the basketball, tennis and pickleball courts. The house was perfect for our family of 6. We loved being able to drink coffee on the balcony watching the waves roll in. We will be back! "

Home was a bit aged and suffered from some cosmetic issues, e.g. mold/rust in corners of bathroom plumbing and fixtures, sliding doors were difficult to operate. "
