"Never been to Watford (from US) but took a chance. Turned out to be an amazing place. Cool old UK pub and above, modern chic rooms. Ann Maria was the bartender and hotel host and she was outstanding and a hoot. She treated us like family from the moment she met us. Sean the manager treated us the exact same way. Brought my daughter, son and son in law to the pub and they loved it as well. Walking distance to Watford Junction station and a great little coffee spot called Viento just around the corner. "

"Although I booked and paid for the accommodation I was notified on the day that it was not available. As a result I had ro find an alternative at the last minute after work"
