"The property was wonderful, had all the amenities and was close to the town. It was spacious enough for 3 adults and 1 toddler along with two small dogs. We enjoyed the front porch the most and the grill that was on the property. Owner had written instructions and made it easy to work the property. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone."

"This was our favorite VRBO stay yet! The host Matt was so responsive and made the entire rental process from questions, to directions, to check in and our stay easy and comfortable. The cabin is beautiful! Not only was it clean and well decorated, it was stocked with everything you could ever need to cook and BBQ. The beds were super comfortable and the showers had plenty of hot water for our cold weather stay. But our favorite part was the outdoors. Nestled way back in the mountains, it gave our family plenty of privacy and lots of room to explore. Our 3 boys loved spending time down by the creek and hiking in the woods with our dog. Matt gave us a list of terrific waterfall hikes to try and other activities in the area that were perfect for our family. We went snow tubing, skiing, hiking, enjoyed the local restaurants in Maggie Valley, relaxed by the wood burning stove with movies, and had the best quality time as a family. We were also grateful for the use of the Washer/Dryer since our boys get dirty exploring! We cannot wait to come back in summer or fall to see the mountains again and explore some new places. But this property was exactly what was marketed and more! I highly recommend!!!"

"The cabin was very clean and the property was well maintained. The stream just outside the cabin was very peaceful and calming. This was just the distressing and comfy vacation that my wife and I needed. Madeleine was a really nice and helpful property manager. We had an amazing stay!"

"Overall, Eagle Ridge Maggie Valley was a great place to stay. The house is nice and comfortable. The views from the deck are amazing. If clear, star gazing is fantastic. There’s a fire pit on the deck, which was a little worrisome with the variable winds and embers potentially landing on the wooden deck. I’d suggest bringing some dry wood as the wood provided was damp and very smoky while burning. The house was clean upon arrival but we were inundated by swarms of ladybugs, some stink bugs, and some yellow jackets that made their way into the house. Not much the host can do about that- just goes with the territory. Just be aware you might need to vacuum up some bugs. The vacuum provided was full of dirt and debris and sort of smelled musty upon use. But, it got the job done. My son and I hiked down to one of the nearby creeks. A bit slippery with wet leaf fall, so be careful. Down is always easier, hiking back up is pretty exhausting unless you’re are a fit 19 year old like my son! Ha! There is one other residence nearby but nobody occupied that house during our stay, so it was very quiet. The other house seems well taken care of. It would have been impossible to reach the house without a 4 wheel drive vehicle had the road been snowy or more wet. Wet leaves and mud made part of the trip scary. It rained the last night and we had difficulty making it out with a front wheel drive vehicle. Not a deal breaker, just be prepared for white knuckles. 😀 "

"After my slight heart attack driving up to this beauty I fell in love instantly! Perfect home cozy beds and had everything we needed for our thanksgiving vacation. Just under 2 hour drive to pigeon forge and 25 minutes from town. We enjoyed our stay very much! We will be back for sure 😊"
