"Great service. Had a delayed flight and didn’t arrive until 1:30am, called ahead of time to let the worker know. Had no issues getting checked in. Room was clean, had a smell but didn’t notice after being in the room for awhile. Coffee in the main lobby. Parking was limited but wasn’t busy so we had no issues. Was $25 plus tax each night for parking. We had an early excursion day of checkout and was able to pick up our car at 1pm. "

"It was an easy check in/out. All the receptionist are friendly (paula was one of them. Very informative) the housekeeping staff was really good just feel bad she doesnt have newer sheets to change the bed.just need new ones..our room was perfect for 3adults 3kids(room314) the room set up was really nice. "Their was no AC and a heater that they couldnt turn off that made the room soo hot you barely stand to be in there and when we were trying to figure out how to shut off the heater a swarm of cockroaches came out of the floor and went up the walls. I had never seen something like that! For being on the 4th floor we also felt that it was a hazard that one of our windows could open up completely and had no screen or anything and was just soo close to the bed it felt like someone could fall out. "Location is great. Cons: Would be nice to have some towel racks in the bathroom for all of the towels. Dishes are rimmed with metal so they get hot around the edges if you put them in the microwave.
