"We booked this for a weekend visit for our daughter to the U of Iowa campus. Perfect location just off campus in a nice quiet neighborhood. Also loved the dog friendly atmosphere and proximity to a great dog park. Great place to stay while visiting your college kiddo or just wanting to get away. "

There is a lot of well thought out space and amenities packed into this small house. The location is ideal walking distance for IA games and activities. We rented in December and walked to Carver for a game. The driveway is a bit tight for larger vehicles, and careful your vehicle is not on the sidewalk - you might get a ticket. ...

"My son and I stayed here for an Admitted Students Day at U of Iowa. The accommodations were extremely comfortable and close to campus — also Hawkeye-themed! Stacey was very receptive with messages, even helping us find a place for takeout pizza. For our first time in Iowa, our stay was perfect, would definitely stay here again."
