"The house in the pines was a fantasic stay. I would sit and look out those windows for hours. We had amazing sunrise and sunsets this trip! The beds were comfy and loved the layout of the house. We had a few things come up and Jacob was responsive. Though one couldnt be fixed during our stay, it was easy to make contact with him. This house will be on our radar next time we come visit. "

"The house is intentionally designed to host groups of people, generously equipped with 4 bathrooms (3 showers) and has a great kitchen, 2 patios and a back yard for outdoor gathering. The views of the Gorge and Mt Hood are great. We had a few minor maintenance issues and didn't get a response from the host but overall we had a great stay and would stay again."

"This property worked very well for our family. We were a group of 4 adults and there was plenty of room. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was stocked with the basics. The host responded promptly the one time we needed to reach out. The steps were sturdy and had a good handrail. We would stay here again next time we are in the area. We had snow and they shoveled the sidewalk and put a mat at the door. Did a nice job of keeping the walks safe. "

The house was charming, the kitchen was well equipped for us to cook and bake luscious dinner, the beds were very comfortable, the house was spotlessly clean. We all loved it! Highly recommended. "

"This is the 2nd year we have had family Christmas at this house and love the view and the house.One thing you might not know, is that the floor in the upstairs shower is VERY squeeky. It sounds and feels like the floor doesn't have enough support."
