There was an air mattress in the closet which saved us from having to purchase one. The restroom and shower are good. The negatives are the steps going down if you are older, the TV only has Chromecast, so nothing to watch unless you have it on your phone, and you can hear some noise from the house above which was okay for us, but if you are looking for total silence keep...

"Nice area I had previously never seen. We walked down to the hotel one morning for breakfast, and the condo was a short drive from Wawayanda State Park, where I had an event. Nice condo - comfortable and clean. Instructions ahead of time were clear and given with ample notice."
