"The most wonderful hotel - the best we have stayed in or are likely to stay in."

"Lovely Christmassy hotel. Lovely rooms but the air con was rubbish. Room was extremely hot and air con only went down to 22.5 degrees. Spoke to reception who said they will send an engineer whilst out but still not fixed. Had to sleep with window open which was noisy. Breakfast was nice but price was extremely steep at £66 for an adult and 2 children. Only had once due to the price "

"The only good thing was the location. The place was filthy ! The kitchen had nothing in it ! no plates, cups utensils ....nothing !! Old and worn-out furniture.... not enough toilet paper.... we came at 5pm, the place was not ready ! very disappointing !! "

"The value for money was good, we did ask to replace pillow cover and add a blanket. And the Bar in the evening was empty and could offer very limited drinks. "
