"The Hotel is ideally situated next to the Royal Park. It has an excellent position for the convenient, clean and efficient buses, recently new tram routes now also link into the transport system. Bus and tram stops are very close to the hotel making getting anywhere in Warsaw including Wilanow very easy. The area is also well served with cycle lanes and rental cycles to safely get around. "The biggest advantage - location right over the metro station. Also convenient tram service. Very small parking only about 12 slots available in the designated area. Very expensive! 120 PLN/day - compared to 50 PLN/day in Złote Tarasy. The room small, clean. Windows are not well noise isolated so you can hear each and every tram passing by, as well as night car racings in the weekends. No safe in the room. No proper wardrobe, so when you plan to stay longer and you have more clothes you need to...

"Nice modern and very clean hotel. However, AC was not functioning in the hotel (apparently not on until summer) and the rooms were uncomfortably hot (25 degrees Celsius or higher). We were told to open a window which didn’t help very much. "

"lovely new modern hotel, nice staff, lovely breakfast and great lunch deal for 29 zloty. unfortunately the pool is not working and there is no sauna or steam room which i would expect for £120 per night. Great location! i would stay there again for sure"

"The water in the shower and bathtub does not maintain a constant temperature. Sometimes it runs hot and sometimes cold. This can lead to burns. There is a design flaw in the hot water installation. The mixer (regulator is damaged). Food is fantastic , cleaning and staff fantastic "

"This hotel by far was our best stay in Warsaw. We stayed at Raddison Blu, Hilton also and this one was superior to the others. Staff were super friendly and wanted to be helpful. The most amazing buffet breakfast by far, one of the best we have ever had in all Europe. Price was definitely great value for what you got and the hotel was easy with small children. The only thing that could be improved is increasing the size of the gym which was tiny with a handful of equipment offered"
