"We enjoyed ourselves very much. The layout of the home is a little weird, but it works. The river behind the home is beautiful and, I would imagine, sounds great if you can sit outside on a nice day. If it's freezing cold outside, however, it is less of a benefit. The hot tub is great! The home is dog friendly, but there isn't much yard for a dog. If you rent the house for the pool table, you will be disappointed, as it is in very rough shape, as are the pool cues. "We had a great family stay for Labor Day weekend. The condo was clean and comfortable. The full size bunk beds were really a treat. It had everything we needed to make meals. We really liked the location. It is in a quiet part of Breckenridge with trails close by. We did some hiking and biking while we were there as well as walking around Breckenridge. You would not be disappointed in this place. "

"I can’t say enough about this amazing home! The location is perfect, nestled on a quiet street. This home was cleaner than any VRBO we have stayed in! The house is well appointed with nearly everything you would need for your trip. We enjoyed the proximity to town while feeling like we were away from the hustle and bustle. The interior is beautiful but comfortable, and we particularly loved the fireplace on those snowy evenings. We will definitely be staying here again!"
