The Space:

As soon as you enter, you will find ample storage awaits, with a bench and a cubby for boots and skis at your immediate disposal. A laundry/cleaning closet with a stackable washer and dryer is also readily available for your use in the entry.
Unload your gear and prepare to relax in the homey living space, fully outfitted with two plush couches, a spacious coffee table, large, flat-screen TV, and a gas fireplace. Kick back and take in a favorite movie or show as you warm up by the fire and enjoy nature views from the large patio windows/door.
The fireplace’s radiant warmth extends to a charming dining area with seating for six that serves as an ideal bridge between the kitchen and living spaces, allowing you to dig into a meal or tackle a game while staying central to it all. Guests will have access to the whole home as well as two parking spaces directly in front of the home or any other available space in the parking lot. Guests will also have access to the nearby Columbine Pool and Hot Tubs, which were recently renovated.

This home literally places you in the heart of all that Breckenridge has to offer with unbeatable proximity to the city, slopes, and recreation. Walking distance to both Breckenridge's historic Main Street, with its countless eateries, shops, breweries, and galleries, and Peak 9 at Breckenridge Ski Resort, you are also a stone's throw from the Columbine Pool and a short drive from hiking trails such as the Illinois Creek Trailhead. Enjoy ice sports at the Stephen C West Ice Arena or paddleboard at Maggie Pond at the base of Peak 9 in the summer months. For a one-of-a-kind experience, take a 10-minute stroll and do some troll hunting for the unique, larger-than-life "Isak Heartstone" in Illinois Gulch. Getting Around:

As its name implies, the Breck Free Ride buses are FREE and connect you to all that Breckenridge has to offer. You can also hop on the FREE Main Street Trolley, which stops along Main Street and passes many of Breckenridge's historical buildings. Uber/Lyft are also always available.

Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C. There are portable fans located throughout the home for your use if needed.
