Townhouse has 3 levels, 1st level has garage, entry, bedroom with bunk bed full size on bottom and twin bed on top, full bathroom, sliding glass door to small deck, full size washer & dryer. 2nd level has full Kitchen with everything you need to prepare great meals. Kitchen table seats 8 comfortable, we have Squeezed 12. Sliding glass door to balcony with new 4 burner gas grill. Living room with gas fireplace and new HD TV with 2 nice couches and one chair. New Sleeper Couch with Queen Size Memory Foam mattress makes for a great night sleep. Another large deck off the living room with table and chairs to enjoy the fresh air. Half bath off the living room. 3rd level has the Master Bedroom & bath with King Size bed as described above with TV. 2nd Bedroom has Queen size bed and full bathroom.

We had a wonderful time at Kevin's place. It was clean, and had all the amenities. The kitchen was well stocked and you can tell their home is well loved. We felt right at home, and we loved the location! We 100% would stay here again.
Good clean townhouse with nice amount of room. And nice fireplace. A bit of a hike to lift. Make sure to look for cut through at charter sports. Walking distance to town which was nice.
We had an amazing stay! This townhouse is perfect - very clean, close to everything and so well stocked for your stay in the mountains! Our family of 4 had a fantastic stay here.
A nice accommodation with everything you would need for a trip to mountains. It’s a short walk to the quicksilver lift and the hot tubs on site were a nice luxury.
If your looking for a home feel with the amenities of a ski in/ski out this is the spot! Easily accommodates multiple couples, and plenty of room to spread out. This condo is in a great location for easy access to peak 9! I have stayed here twice, and I would highly recommend!
We loved everything. The blinds in the bottom bedroom need to be replaced as a few are missing that allow neighbors to easily see in.

Perfect for our ski trip
Stayed over Spring Break. The condo had everything we needed, and was very comfortable. Everything worked with plenty of essentials and supplies accumulated from past visitors. The location was great. A short walk to the Quick Silver Lift or Breckenridge Brewery.
Great house, it was great to have a garage, especially as it snowed while we were there. About a 10 minute walk to slopes, a little long carrying your equipment, but if you stay for multiple days, you can check your skiis at the slopes and then the walk wasn't bad
Comfortable stay for 3-4 adults + 1 kiddo for a spring break ski-cation. Kitchen was nicely stocked and 2 parking spots was convenient. Easy 10 min walk to Peak 9 base for those who need to pickup rentals or ski/snowboard school and to main street. We had problems with the hot tub code, but that may have been an HOA issue. We'd stay here again!
The condo worked out very well for my group and Kevin was very responsive. It was well stocked, clean, and comfortable. It's about a 10 minute walk to the lift, and definitely far better than driving. The hot tub is not quite walkable in a bathing suit in cold weather, we wound up driving there. Overall great experience and I would stay here again.
We've spent six summers in Breckenridge and love being in the Warrior's Mark area. Just the perfect location, and this townhouse is in a great spot in the neighborhood. Tons of space so we weren't climbing all over each other and well supplied with everything we needed. And absolutely loved having the gas fireplace, which we used a lot more than I would have thought since it was summer.

Home Sweet Home
Walking in, you have the immediate feeling of Home. It truly feels as if you are staying at your relatives house for a few days and they are out of town.
With that being said, if you don’t want personal items hanging or laying around this is not the place for you. If you want a cozy, clean, tasteful decorated place - you have found it.
The property is a 3 min drive to downtown, a 5 min walk to the bottom of peak 9 for skiing, and shuttle service at your front door.
Great fire place, garage space, kitchen equipment, and bbq.
Zero complaints
The house is a wonderful place to be after a long day skiing. There was plenty space for us to relax and enjoy the evening an we cooked several meals in the fully stocked kitchen. Getting a glimpse of a snow covered peak in the distance from the living room first thing in the morning is a great way to start the day! The home is convenient to the slope but it is a little bit of a walk loaded up with ski gear. If we get back to Breckinridge I hope this place is available to stay in again. Highly recommended.
We stayed here in January 2022. The property was exactly has seen in the listing photographs. Everything was clean and worked as expected. Heating was great, great hot water, beds/pillows comfortable, dishwasher and clothes washer/dryer worked perfectly, etc. The owner was very responsive to inquiries and was very helpful.
The property is a 6-10 minute walk to the Quicksilver SuperChair lift. If you are a skier (like me), you can rent a locker in The Maggie to keep your ski boots and be able to walk in your regular shoes to the lift area. It is only a minute or two further to the edge of downtown. There is also a Brown Shuttle stop a one minute walk away if you want a free ride into Breckenridge (Mill Run / 154 stop https://www.breckfreeride.com/home/showpublisheddocument/20762/637710166409300000) .
In short: this is a great property, a great owner, awesomely convenient to the slopes, and within easy walking distance to downtown. I highly recommend this property and this will absolutely be the first property I look at for any future trips to Breckenridge.
