"Great house with plenty of room for your family. Quiet neighborhood, close to the airport and the water. Right next to the bridge to go to Gulf Breeze and Pensacola Beach. Great restaurants close by. Property manager very friendly and easy to get a hold of! I would definitely recommend this house to rent and I will stay here again the next time I am in town"

"The property was nice just a little upset my grandson didnt get to use the pool. Little suggestion maybe get a pool cover and trim back the trees so the pool could be used. But overall my family enjoyed it."

"From start to finish our trip was AMAZING! Loved that all we needed to bring was our clothes and personal hygiene items. Everything else was already there for our use…even yeti cups which we got lots of use out of Our family also found the big kitchen with all the cooking utensils we needed very nice Will definitely be recommending this lovely condo to our family and friends "

"This house has a LOT of space. Which is great for a large group. I will say, the reviews did not lie--the layout is very strange. It is good in a way because if you have a lot of guests, you don't feel like you are on top of one another. The staircases on the back side of the house are STEEP. If you have any kind of disability or immobility they are not friendly at all. But the front of the house has more regular steps, still a bit steep. "I booked the condo for various reasons and one was for the outdoor swimming pool but the was construction taking place in the exact same parking lot for a building 500ft beside the location so the pool so not available for use. That sucked being that i couldn’t swim in ocean water and had high hopes of enjoying an outdoor pool. If I had of known before booking than I probably wouldn’t have booked the location"

"House was roomy, clean and ideal for us and our small dogs. Coffee Bar was a bonus for me. We did not cook but all you would need was there. The grands enjoyed the playground that was really close. A sweet letter n gift was waiting on us when we arrived. We would definitely stay again. "

"Everything was very clean, it was a very short walk to the beach, the kids liked catching bass and bluegill out of the pond 50' from the deck. Overall very nice."

"Could use more utensils, a new toilet brush, toilet bowl upstairs with the one bed needed attention but could have just been badly stained.Upon arrival, smelled of wet dog or dirty mop water on first floor only. We opened windows and stayed with family for a few hours which we were doing anyway. There was a chewed up pillow from dog possibly. Broken glass in bottom cabinet. Loved sitting on patio. Loves being close to beach and pool. "

"Everything was wonderful! Quick reply when hot water and WiFi went out. However, there were no pot holders or dish towels. We had to use bath towels. Wonders just need to restock then all will be perfect. Thank you for a few wonderful days with friends and family! "

"Nice home- downstairs room is a little misleading, no access to the main house from inside. Only way to get into main house was from outside, which during a blizzard made it difficult with the steps. Nice outdoor furniture & places to gather but too cold to use. Downstairs is heated by space heater. Would recommend some hooks to hang towels or jackets. Also, plates/cups/silverware/paper towels down in kitchenette area would be nice. "The room was very clean! All the appliances were newer! The front desk staff was nice. The only thing that I didn’t love was that there is not staff on site 24/7 therefore you really need to download to app to have the digital key on your phone in case you get locked out.
