"Couldn't have asked for more. This unit had everything we needed. Great bunk room for the kids, plenty of seating, great well stocked kitchen, great location, quiet neighborhood. We have stayed in the area before anywhere from Pensacola to Fort Morgan. This location is perfect. Quiet, not to crowded beaches but minutes away from grocery stores, restaurants, Fort Pickens, etc. The home was clean, cozy, and had everything we could have asked for and more. "We had a wonderful time during our stay in this house! Location was perfect as it was centrally located for walking distance to the beach and driving to nearby busier towns and grocery stores. The house was immaculate upon arrival and really enjoyed how quiet Perdido Key is vs. other close by destinations. "My wife and I stayed here for a short fall beach weekend. It's a little far away from all the things, but not too bad, and the beach is pretty secluded. The place was on good condition and way better than staying at one of those giant multi-unit condo buildings."

"The view from the balcony was great. When we first arrived, we had to schedule maintenance and cleaning. Floors, cabinets, dusting, dishes, etc. The coffee maker timer and the ice maker didn't work (maintenance came in and attempted to fix the ice maker; I made two more calls to get that fixed but had no success). The bathroom exhaust fans were coated with dust. The unit in this building was on the second floor, with 9 or 10 steps to climb, no elevator, and no mention of that in the posting. ...

"We stayed for a long weekend in November. We enjoyed sitting out on the front porch with our morning coffee and again to see the evening sunset. We had several events to attend in downtown Pensacola and were in walking to distance to many of them. We had everything we needed and the place was immaculate. Will definitely book again on our next visit. "

"This was the perfect situation for a party of 9. We didn't know, however, the unit did not face the water. Beds were comfortable but pillows flat. The kitchen was well appointed. I would recommend staying here again if you don't mind not facing the Gulf. Really enjoyed the amenities."
