"I loved the lazy river pool and that it was heated. That was the best feature and hot tub. The rooms and building was clean. The free coffee was good. Like that there was a bar and that you could order food just wish it was opened a little later. Pool towels could be larger. "

"The maintenance guy was super helpful. Elizabet was wonderful at breakfast. She made everyone's waffles, and was cheerful, and caring. Loved the free access to the kayaks and paddleboards. Beach just across the street. Rooms very clean. Only complaints is the lack of digital channel guide on tv, and check-in is not until 4pm. "

"My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. We actually ended up snowed in and the staff was incredibly helpful with extending our stay and even helping us get some food when literally everything was closed. Would definitely stay again simply because the staff was absolutely amazing. "

"The room layout was very nice somewhat unique and atypical, a welcome change with a sliding door leading to the bathroom, and a sitting area with lounging sofa opposite a private desk area with a frosted sliding glass separating it from the bedroom area reminiscent of a doctors reception area. Quite considerate for a sleeping partner! Just really enjoyed the room layout. Very comfortable, clean and convenient. The only suggestion would be to upgrade to comfort height toilets vs the VERY low ones currently there now. The staff couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. We were going out to brunch so skipped the included breakfast but it seemed quite nice including a waffle iron station. We will definitely return next time we go to Pensacola. I would choose this over some others I’ve stayed at. Plus the price was very reasonable! "

"Only issue we had, when they came around to see if towels were needed. Knocked one time, didn’t give us time to get to door, open door to come in and my husband was not dressed, just got out of shower "

"We just stayed one night, It was perfect, room is spacious and comfortable. I forgot to tell front desk door lock did not work. Minor things, they should put stoppers to bed legs and long mirror. "
