"Had another great stay here. Came to watch Liverpool vs Man City and love how close to Anfield this is. I have stayed here everytime I come to Liverpool to watch football and I will continue coming here for every game I come and see. "

"This property was perfect for our needs, working at a conference in the city. We arrived 9pm and left early both days, so just needed a place to sleep. Private carpark round the rear of property. Close to metro (tram) stop and an easy 20 minutes by car from the city centre (less for Salford Quays or Old Trafford). Apart from check-in we never saw anyone during our weekend stay. Host was contactable by mobile if we needed (which we didn't). Self service breakfast provided (cereals) as under new...

"Great location and great price but bathroom and kitchen area are tired looking and outdated. Bedroom smelt but was only there to sleep. Traffic noise from 6am felt constant for about 2 hours. Checking in and the codes were simple to use."

"It’s an old building with a certain charm. It’s a little tired around the edges - certainly in the bedroom. Our bed was very soft and bowed in the middle like a hammock but somehow slept fine - the wine probably helped! The dining room was smart and the continental breakfast basic/limited but functional. "
