All was spotless clean and comfortable. 10-15 minutes to the center it Boone, and not too far fromBlowing Rock. The owner lives upstairs, but this unit has a separate entrance. The owner was very friendly and helpful when we contacted them. We were pleased with the rental and would happily return. "
