"Overall the weekend was lovely. The staff are what made it. The main seating area is beautiful but can be draughty. The glass doors at the front door don’t really work and let a lot of cold in. The dining area is a bit of a disappointment atmosphere wise. The lighting too bright, the chairs are awful. It should be more like the red seating area which seemed to be kept for private functions. "Loved the property. Its in a beautiful, old building and very well decorated with lots of quirky things dotted everywhere. Unfortunately, there was quite a bit of noise in room 407 which was next to the railway line. This did die down between midnight and morning. The shower was badly setup for a tall person and ended up spilling a lot of water around the bathroom. I did love having a fruit bowl in the room and the staff were super friendly and helpful. "
