"The hotel was continently located near the Tower of London. Easy to walk to nearby attractions, and also to catch the tube, buses. Or Uber boat. Room was clean, water and tea replenished daily. The staff were amazing!!! They were so helpful and arranged transportation for me several times when I was concerned about being late to our reservations. Top tier experience!"

"Amazing. We stayed here for two weeks. Would go there again. Excellent from front desk to concierge (helped arrange airport taxis and assisted with luggages), flexible but diligent housekeeping (checked a few times daily, came back when delay requested, refilled water, laundry, dish, and hand soap), gym, restaurant, proximity to tourist attractions (tower of London) and tour bus stops, proximity to the train (2 min walk), just excellent. We loved the design of the suite, very modern and clever use of space. And that it was wood type floors which felt cleaner than carpets in other hotels. It would be nice if the gym were inside the hotel instead of the outside building. Although it was secure, it’s on the first floor of that building with open floor length windows and people walk by even at night, which made me a little anxious. But overall great."
