"The property made for a delightful overnight stop between the Waitomo Caves and Hobbiton. After the chilly adventure of exploring the caves, relaxing in the hot springs and enjoying a hearty meal at the tavern was the perfect way to end the day. I highly recommend staying here, and I’ll definitely return if I’m ever in the area again."

"we enjoy our stay, it was clean and the thermal pool and outdoor pool was awesome 1 thing i could advise on is where the tv is situated just a thought in maybe putting the tv's on the wall with brackets that can be moved into different positions to be able to watch it anywhere in the room. other than that loved our stay would recommend it to anyone who is looking for accomodation in tauranga"

"Excellent experience, beginning to end. Jenna at the front desk is a gem, and a true asset to this establishment. My room reservation had somehow been cancelled, by a booking site, as you can imagine I was worried and stressed out.... I contacted the quest on Durham street directly. Jennas kind and confident phone manner, calmed me instantly ,she sorted it out quick smart. And added underground parking (which I recommend for easy transition, via lift , from car to room). I stay here regularly, and love it's location, right in town, easy walk to shops or park."
