"We spent one night at Nibble Nook after doing the Hobbiton tour but we wish we would have stayed longer. The farm is beautiful and the house was cozy and had everything we needed! "Its a great property this one, and its the second time the family has stayed there. However there are a couple of things that didn't work. The BBQ, one of the burners has completed rusted out. We love BBQing at that property. The other is the hot water. I think there might be something not working on the hot water cylinder.
