"The flat was in an ideal location for our specific needs, though a little away from Waihi Beach itself. It was spacious and roomy, immaculately presented with everything we needed, and we had a most comfortable stay. Only concern was the lack of a handbasin in the bathroom/toilet, which meant washing hands and cleaning teeth in a basin also used for dishwashing - future guests may find this more of a deal breaker than we did, and owners could usefully consider rectifying if possible. "The property was close to the event we were attending so it was great in that sense. Also the cleaner Caroline was lovely even when we arrived slightly earlier than expected. The actual person who owned the place was difficult to get a hold of at times. It was annoying and stressful trying to figure out the entry and the so many codes. Other than that it was fine it wouldve been nice to have another car park space. Toilet rolls and Tea would have been nice to be stocked up on."
