"A new hotel - I stayed on the 6th floor which was clearly brand new. The hotel was very clean and a pleasant stay overall. Some teething issues in that some of the appliances were not working (microwave) as they were brand new and not used before, but I am sure these will be ironed out in due course. Thanks for another great stay
"The reception team are always warm and welcoming & go out of their way to help and make sure you have a great stay. My single room on the first floor was very clean and comfortable with a side view to the sea which was great. However, although I was not bothered by it, some guests may be disturbed by the noise from the bar’s & restaurant in the street below. The location of the hotel is superb for both the seafront and town centre. I always try to stay here when in Eastbourne. "
