Got to the hotel and the first thing the receptionist said to us was “Oh your reservation is cancelled due to renovations” but they couldnt bother to send a simple email letting us to prior to arriving. After a few hours on the phone Expedia luckily managed to book as at a different lovely property but it was a very unnecessary experience. "One of the worst hotel I ve ever stay.First, the hotel picture does not match the real condition, what they are actually showing is a restaurant! The hotel is in the back of the building, and the only entrance is a wooden door! Second, when I entered the room, it is totally different from the website! The floor is not flat, bed near the window so it can be very cold in the evening, and heating is not working as well! "
