"When wanting a place just a few minutes from the airport certain compromises need to be embraced: The staff were friendly and helpful, the place was clean, and the breakfast was comprehensive and well-presented. However, being only a few minutes away from the airport means accepting the noise of aircraft passing low every couple of minutes. "Hotel was fine; bed was clean. Only bad points; some noise from outside but nothing too bad. Room a bit tatty. At the price it’s what you would expect. No cold water in the bathroom; only hot. Beware that after booking online via an agent, it is advisable to call them to confirm; there seemed to be some confusion with the receptionist as a result of this. And also they require ID (driving license/passport) for check in. Would stay again. "
