"Very happy with our stay, we traveled on the ferry late and arrived in Dover just before midnight, the hotel was very easy to find and only a very short drive for the ferry port, hotel was undergoing renovations and this was clearly sign posted in spite of this it was lovely inside and the to staff member on reception were extremely helpful and very accommodating, really great service. "Nice place to stay for a weekend getaway very nice and clean only issue for me was that in the mornings around 10am there was a lot of noise by cleaning staff and could be heard inside the room also requested an iron to not be given it until the second time when I had to go to reception to ask for it the facilities within the hotel were great "

"Our room was clean and comfortable. Facilities in the Hotel are very good. Swimming pool is a excellent. I did need my ear plugs at night because you can hear families/other guests in adjacent rooms if they are noisy and I am a light sleeper. "

"Had a two day stay at this hotel for my wife’s birthday, the staff were very nice and friendly the hotel was very clean and modern and the buffet breakfast was very tasty you can even make fresh waffles too. I will definitely be returning as two days wasn’t long enough to enjoy all that Canterbury has to offer. "

"Can’t fault our stay. Warm welcome at check in, very quick and easy to find our accommodation. Suite was bright, thoughtfully decorated and very very clean. All the information we needed about the hotel and services was either communicated directly or left in the room for us to read. Complimentary hot drinks, warm room and comfortable bed. "Absolutely loved it out in the lodge. So peaceful and quiet but with everything you need. I could hear all the animals around me. Breakfast was fab definitely with the money as you get a Buffett and a cooked breakfast. "
