"The Nyton is an older property, and has all the problems that come with that. Our host was very amenable, and the food was A1. Our room was big enough and the bed was very comfortable. The garden is large and there are several animal visitors to watch for. Fine for a stopover or short stay. "

"Lovely place to stay. Staff are friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Close to Kings Lynn centre if you’re looking for some food or shopping. Can’t fault it. Will definitely stay again. "

"Mis-sold this accommodation. This is a house share, with 5 bedroom, but was described as "You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party." on Expedia So I did not stay at Hillcroft."

"I had a bad expirience in Arman guest house. Room was with staned walls and carpet. Smelly matrass and pullows, dirthy shower curtains ans shower. I jad to buy a pullow and bedshits, i used my towel and clean the surfaces with wipes. I had to stay cut my stay to 4 nights insted of 5. Other guests were very rough and in the night they showted unapropriate words and nocked on my door. I told the owner but he refused toadress the issue. * you knaw jaw it is* - that ware his words. Ladies do...

"Great for drivers but not for pedestrians! There's a (nearly) lethal two-lane round about to negotiate.... I found a safer route on my third day.... hidden traffic lights are not shown on Google Maps or Michelin!!!!!!????? I had a lovely room. I found that I had to ring to reach someone to check me in. ALSO NOTE ...there are 2 Elm Roads.... this is at Elm HIGH Road about a mile and a half from town, in the locality of Elm. "

"We stayed at The Grange for a 50th birthday and had a mix of ages from 4 to 75. The property, the communication with owners and the property manager was excellent. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank yiu The Grange"

"This is a wonderful hotel. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotlessly clean. Our room is in need of redecorating after what looks like an old damp issue from a water leak outside the bathroom but didn’t cause us any issues. The hotel is in a very good location and we would recommend it to anyone. "
