Lage direkt an Fußgängerzone mit Einkaufs- und Essensmöglichkeiten. Hafen, Stadtpark und Museumshügel in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Gerne wieder"

"A nice stay in a very authentic classic boarding-house style hotel. Nice room and good breakfast. Value for money. Notice that only few hotel designated parking lots are available. This may be an issue to guests who arrive late."

"I booked the apartment room for one night. I was traveling by myself and had a long journey that day. Upon arrival, the host told me that there had been a 'mistake' and that she had given the room away to other guests. She showed me my booking that she had printed out with BIG BLACK BOLD letters across the top confirming the room my type. So I am unsure how such an 'error' may have occurred. "The location was perfect and the room spacious but definitely not deluxe as it was advertised. Unfortunately the door handle fell off and the lighting wasn’t ideal. Lamps were loose and therefore not working and the bedside lamp obviously had a loose connection as it flashed on and off. I feel that it was a little expensive and I was surprised that we had to make our own bed and that nobody was actually at home to greet us. "We are a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We stayed for one night in a cabin. It was perfect for our needs but I would not want to stay for any longer than that as it would be too small. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were not good. Luckily we brought our own. The service from the staff in reception and in the cafe was really good and we had a really nice meal."

"There are major problems with this listing The wellness facilities were all unavailable during our stay. It was not made clear that we would be charged for electricity and water. The amount we had to pay was iunbeluevalbly high, adding half as much as the hotel fee on top, plus linen charge. We could not use the jacuzzi, as it was filthy,; we did not use the sauna; we turned down all the radiators as we bought logs for the fire. So, it is difficult to see how the energy bill for our actual use...
