"I booked the apartment room for one night. I was traveling by myself and had a long journey that day. Upon arrival, the host told me that there had been a 'mistake' and that she had given the room away to other guests. She showed me my booking that she had printed out with BIG BLACK BOLD letters across the top confirming the room my type. So I am unsure how such an 'error' may have occurred. "The location was perfect and the room spacious but definitely not deluxe as it was advertised. Unfortunately the door handle fell off and the lighting wasn’t ideal. Lamps were loose and therefore not working and the bedside lamp obviously had a loose connection as it flashed on and off. "There are major problems with this listing The wellness facilities were all unavailable during our stay. It was not made clear that we would be charged for electricity and water. The amount we had to pay was iunbeluevalbly high, adding half as much as the hotel fee on top, plus linen charge. We could not use the jacuzzi, as it was filthy,; we did not use the sauna; we turned down all the radiators as we bought logs for the fire.
