Good location, helpful staff
Have stayed here before, very good location. Staff is professional and helpful. We had an issue with the beds and we had to move to another room on our check in day. Fresh and quiet room. Parking very close. Close to the pedestrian street with a lot of shops. Always two beds - good!

Good hotel
Good and nice. Rom was too cold and the heater too small for it i guess. Other than that, shower curtain way too long makes super uncomfortable, and pillows too small and not good everything else is nice. Location is perfect and people always so friendly. Been here few times and do like it for a quick stay.

We are generally pleased with out stay at the hotel with my wife and seven years old daughter. The emlpoyees were kind and helpfull. We arrived a bit late, at about 9pm in the evening. We were tired and hungry. It would be better if the hotel could serve us some food. But the hotel restaurant was closed. And we were too tired to go out. On the other hand, the open buffet breakfast at the hotel the next morning was delicious.

Hi We like staying at this hotel and good service with arrival but personale om the dinning room are not aducated to work with food, same cloth used to wipe table, coffecan and floor, no gloves when handling food.

This is not a luxury hotel. They gave me room for pepplle with diasbilities so all the equipment of the disabled people were there. They should ask the guest " is it ok if we give you ...." . I did't bother to tell them anything but it wasn't ok. All the hotel was old and seems tonget renovated somewhere in the 90's . They need tonrenovate again.

Booked doublebed - got to single beds - payed extra for water view - got backyard view. Paid for de luxe room - got standard room - door to toilet could not close, no aircon, only service for 1 person in the double room. Beds as hard as concrete. Coversheett 180cm (for child?). Open wardrope - cannot close. NO PARKING included.

Kaos ved tjek-ind, med fint ophold
Hotellet er rigtig fint og morgenmaden god. Vi havde dog en ret uheldig oplevelse ved indtjekning, hvor hotellet ikke kunne modtage vores danske Visa kort. Vi havde brugt vores kort uden problemer hele dagen, men det virkede ikke på hotellet. Vi prøvede 3 forskellige danske visakort og ingen af dem virkede. Ekspedienten der stod for at tjekke os ind trak bare på skuldrene og sagde at hun ikke kunne hjælpe. Hun sagde at det aldrig var sket før. Vi spurgte om hun vidste hvor den nærmeste ATM var, og der sagde hun bare "et sted i byen vel" mens hun så irriteret ud. Vi stod med 3 små børn og kunne hverken gøre til eller fra. Det er selvfølgelig ikke nødvendigvis hotellets skyld, men når man ser at nogen er lidt nødstedte og desperate må man gerne tilgå vedkommende med lidt venlighed. På så stort et hotel så nær den danske grænse må man have oplevet at et dansk visakort ikke virker før, og må have en eller anden form for idé om hvordan man kan hjælpe. Så ret kikset begyndelse på opholdet, men ellers et fint ophold da det lykkedes os at finde et kort der kunne fungere efter en halv times panik.

Lettere nedslidt hotel møder en. 5. etage er med mansard tag, så vinduger ikke sidder lodrette og derfor let dugger til, er regnvåde og er overskidt af fugle. resultat er at man ikke kan se ud af vinduerne på den udsigt beliggenheden giver og som nok er det eneste der berittiger til prisen Morgenmadsbuffeten var overrendt- på alla tidspunkter. Der var for lidt plads og udvalg og kvalitet på buffeten var, ift. prisen på hotellet, ganske enkelte ringe. Sengen var ganske ukomfortabel. Ind-tjek og ud-tjek: her var service rigtig god.
