"I was so happy with my families stay at “The Highlands at Harbor Springs!” Check in was warm and welcoming. Staff came to my car to unload ski boots and bags. Our room was beautiful!! A separate sitting area. It was snowing while we were leaving and the staff was getting the snow off of my car while I was packing the car. Very impressive service!!! My family will definitely be back!! Thank you!!! "

"My husband and I loved staying here, very clean property, decorated for fall. We were in the area for a family wedding and so even though we were not here at the property very much, it was a great place to return to in the evening. Dog friendly, even had doggie waste bags available. Fully stocked. The coffee maker is a Keurig, so keep that in mind when wanting coffee, bring some k-cups. Wifi worked great. "My three sons, their wives and children. And I stayed here for a week. Plenty of room. Lots of extra roll away beds and bed linens. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, glasses and dishes. The house was bigger than it looked from the outside. 'Nice little walk to the beach and not even the 3 year old complained. The host was very responsive when I had questions/concerns. Great place for a larger group."
