"Since I’m visiting near post snow season, parking is easy and the resort is not crowded. Hard to find dining options apart from the cafe and restaurant in the lodge. You have to drive 30mins to Petoskey or Boyne city to eat. Hotel room is clean but old. And the staff are nice on cleaning the room. It’s not far to walk to the lift especially they have lift-side ski valet for free to securely keep your equipment."

"Our room was comfortable for 2 adults and 3 children. The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful. The hotel seams a little dated, could use some upgrades. We were on a weeklong ski trip and this was only one of our stops, so we had to bring in a lot of items that we would need later due to the extremely cold temps. Although they have hand carts, the rooms are not all on the same level, so we had to stop and carry items to our room. Just an inconvenience. Overall We liked it."

"Loved the view of the lake. Cabin/efficiency apartment was less than we were expecting. Our host was very standoffish and not friendly. The site stated a bedroom and usually that includes a door with privacy that was not the case. Electrical was outdated and couldn't use the microwave. Parties on either side of us were very loud and one group partied very loudly all night. No air conditioning and it was very uncomfortable sleeping. Was charged for an extra person which was acceptable but given...
