"When arriving, it was clear that cleanliness and maintenance were not a priority here. There was broken glass on the bedroom floor, which was hazardous and unacceptable. In addition, the lights did not turn on, making the glass only visible during the daytime. The sheets had many hairs on them, making it obvious that they hadn't been properly cleaned or changed between guests. "I’ve stayed here before and it was lovely; however this time was very different. There is no one who checks you in or can troubleshoot in case you need anything. You call a number (True North)and the young lady says she will get housekeeping. Really? There is NO one there, not even an office anymore. The place is misnamed. "The property was great! So close to Boyne Mountain resort that we were able to go back and forth for morning skiing, afternoon naps and back again for night skiing. The cabin is full of great books for kids and adults, movies and games! The beds were so comfortable and the hot tub was just what we needed after skiing all weekend.
