"The house is in an excellent location, quiet and yet close to attractions of the black forest. The landlady was very nice. The kitchen is very well equiped, with all you need for cooking and eating your meals at home. There's also a washing machine, that's very helpful if you're traveling for a long time. "The cottage was charming and clean and faced a lovely view. There is a walking trail just out front and it was quiet and peaceful. We ate breakfast on the outside patio every morning. It’s close to amenities and we will definitely return. Highly recommend!"

"Wir waren mit 20 Personen in der Unterkunft um unser Sommerfest zu feiern. Die Lage ist super, 5min mit dem Auto vom Südufer des Kirnbergsees entfernt. Supermärkte waren mit dem Auto auch schnell zu erreichen. Für 20 Personen war ausreichend Platz, sowohl an dem großen Esstisch, als auch im Wohnbereich und draußen auf der Terrasse. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen"

"We share the positive reviews of many aspects of this property. It's very spacious (although the swing of some doors cause odd pinch points). We were only three, and would have used only the ground floor but for an issue (see later). The kitchen is well equipped, the induction stovetop was great to cook on. The location is properly noted, but Marie's L'épicerie in the village was closed for August vacation. (Which I imagine is an annual event.) That meant we needed to drive 6+ km for morning...

"We spent 4 nights in this lovely little cottage. Katja was a fantastic host and arranged to meet us when we arrived to show us the property. She kept in touch just enough throughout our stay to let us know she was available if we needed her. We stayed in December and the cottage was cozy and warm. The kitchen is small (we cooked every meal for our family of 5) but had everything we needed. There was so much to do in the area that we could have happily stayed twice as long. We wouldn't hesitate...
